As a volunteer musician and social media manager for Northeast Orchestra, I bring a unique insider perspective to the organization's marketing. Performing alongside my fellow musicians gives me an true understanding of what makes this all-volunteer community orchestra special—and I channel that passion into transforming our digital presence from sporadic, haphazard posts into a strategic, cohesive marketing approach that fills the sanctuary at Peace Lutheran Church.


The Challenge

When I took over Northeast Orchestra's social media in November 2025, the organization lacked a consistent digital strategy. Posts were added sporadically without a content calendar, cohesive branding, or strategic planning. As both a musician and marketer, I saw an opportunity to refine our communications while maintaining the authentic, community-driven spirit that makes NEO special.
